Registration Fees

No scholarships will be granted on this occassion.

 

IMPORTANT: Space at the event is limited so only people who register and pay in a timely manner will have their space guaranteed. The committee reserves the right of admission for people who pay after the maximum quota has been reached, which will be notified in a timely manner.

 

IMPORTANT: Registration fees include registration to the event, attendance to all talks and plenaries as well as workshops/courses, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, dinner, welcome kit, and library facilities.

 

As of April 12, there are no longer additional spaces for companions for dinner and cocktails.

 

Only people who present the corresponding access will be allowed access to the dinner and cocktail. If you have questions, come to the registration table as soon as possible or send an email to dnyn.smf@gmail.com.

Payments can be made by Mercado Pago. To use this function just click on the amount that corresponds to you (charge will be applied in Mexican pesos).

For all payments please also fill out the following format for invoice. If you require an invoice also add the Comprobante de Situación Fiscal.

IMPORTANT: After payment, please send a scanned or screenshot of your payment to the email dnyn.smf@gmail.com and add the subject RECEIPT FOR NanotechCongress along with the participant´s name. 

IMPORTANT: Payments in cash will not be accepted at any time. Please pay by any of the methods above and send your receipt to the email address.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once the registration has been paid, you have until April 20, to request a cancellation. A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the fee paid will be charged and the rest will be refunded.

After April 20 there are no refunds, without exception.
